An Oxford graduate, Alison has over 20 years’ international business experience with organisations including Procter & Gamble, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BakerMcKenzie. Her career spanned the arts, accountancy and sales and marketing before specialising in leadership development over a decade ago. Roles included HR Leader for Snacks & Beverages in Procter & Gamble’s Western European Headquarters and Senior Manager overseeing learning and development for PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions London division. Alison helps talented senior managers and directors step up to new leadership challenges, whether progressing to the next level of their career, maximising their impact in new leadership roles or leading others confidently through change. She specialises in helping her clients overcome self-doubt and cultivate confidence in their leadership capability so that they can lead powerfully, drive business growth and progress their career. 


Facilitation and coaching experience

Alison works with talented senior managers and directors in large complex organisations across the US and Europe, both 1-1 and as an accomplished facilitator of leadership programmes. She has experience cross-sector including global technology, professional services, media, public health and the third sector.



Alison is a seasoned facilitator, an Ontological Coach accredited with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a certified practitioner of several psychometrics including MBTI and Hogan Assessments. Alison is also a speaker, and author of a white paper Cultivating confident leadership: A 3-step process to help leaders overcome fear and unleash their potential.
