He designed and delivered bespoke programmes for clients across sectors including ARM Holdings, Ardagh Group, Zurich Life, the Department for Work and Pensions, the Channel Islands Co-operative, Engro Foods, The Royal Bank of Canada and The British Olympic Association.

Facilitation and coaching approach

Mike is passionate about enabling people to be their authentic best. He believes that people tend to underestimate their ability and that by exposing ourselves to challenge we have the opportunity to realise our true potential. He facilitates and coaches using a non-judgemental, client centred approach, creating a safe but challenging environment to maximise learning. Mike uses a range of methods including indoor and outdoor experiential exercises to help people understand what makes them unique and personally powerful. His facilitation approach explores the relationship between emotions, feelings, thoughts, behaviours, impact and performance. Mike is a strong advocate of reflective practice and continually seeks feedback in order to grow and develop.
